Détail de la réclamation
Le bracelet de cette montre de luxe est en Alligator et nécessite un certificat CITES (certificat qui atteste que les Alligators proviennent d'un élevage). Ma montre a été expédié des USA vers la Suisse, mais sans le certificat.
Au contrôle douanier elle a été bloquée, car le certificat CITES est manquant. Le seul moyen d'obtenir ma montre est de produire ce certificat ou de renoncé au bracelet (sera détruit à mes frais). Il est du devoir du vendeur de fournir ce certificat.
Démarche effectuée auprès du marchand
selon les mails ci-dessous j'ai demandé le certificat CITES à Jomashop, ils ne l'ont pas !!!!

Hi,
My watch arrived in Switzerland but it's blocked at the border because a original certificat (CITES) about protected species is missing and they will keep the watch if they don't receive this certificat.
The exact description (in english) about the certificate is mentionned on page 2 under "Compléments"

I join with this message the decision of th OSAV (in french)
It's your responsability to send this document when you sell a watch. I ask you now to contact directly the OSAV at the number 0041 58 462 25 41 (number on attachment) or with the email address cites@blv.admin.ch to find a solution about this certificate.
The next monday I will contact myself this office.
I also ask you to reimburse me the costs of this procedure, because it is your responsibility to attach with this wath the export certificate

Hi,
The watch strap is made out of Alligator leather. Alligator is protected by the Washington Convention and needs a CITES export permit in order to be allowed for export (Fish and Wildlife Service).
The border control FSVO (The FSVO is the Swiss federal centre of excellence for the fields of food safety, nutrition, animal health, animal welfare and species conservation in international trade.) blocked the watch because the CITES certificate for the watch strap is missing.
It's the duty from the seller to join this certificate when they sell this kind of watch.
PLease contact or send this certificat to the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office FSVO at the email address cites@blv.admin.ch.

we don't have this certificate.
Action attendue de la part du marchand
le remboursement du bracelet (détruit à la douane) ainsi que les frais de procédure : 550 euros
Je n'ai à ce jour pas encore reçu la montre (04.04.2018)
